4 Steps to Forming a Company

1.Company Name

First of all, check if the company name you desire is available using our name search tool on our homepage.

2.Package

Select a company formation package that best suits your requirements.

3. Checkout

Checkout and make a payment by credit / debit card via our secure payment page.

4. Enter Company Details

You will then be required to complete our company registration form.

1. Registered Office Address
You must provide a registered office address to set up a limited company or LLP with Companies House. It must be a physical postal address - you cannot use a PO Box number. The registered office address will be placed on public record and it must be displayed on all company stationery and websites.
2. Business Activity
You must provide Companies House with your new company's business activity. This is done by choosing a SIC code (Standard Industrial Classification code) which describes and classifies business activities.
